Pilates is a method of exercise and movement developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness and designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

Ioana, owner of Kelani International Inc. and creator of Kelani Dance has been a Pilates instructor for over a decade and swears by its benefits. As with all her classes, Ioana adds her special island flare to her classes injecting peace, kindness and the spirit of aloha – even when she is asking you to push your limits!
